Every support request of a CMD customer is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
In order to get support as a CMD customer we require you to register with a known and valid email address.
We only provide support to active and known CMD customers in relation to the project that CMD is providing to you.
We are not a general “all topics” helpdesk.
Not all topics will be supported FOC. In some cases we would even suggest you to purchase a support contract.
